Perl was my daily programming langage until 2011. Then i started to work for
the IT department of the University of Strasbourg where i only rare occasions
to practice it.

But i had to practice other langages, spent talking with programmers from
very different backgrounds (js, python, groovy), understand what they expect
from a langage and eventually accept some of those expectations.

Last year i started to work at Renater (the french NREN) on the Sympa project
so promoting perl is one of my job as i expect more contributors to join the project.

As i'm really convinced that "perl, the langage" isn't the problem, I would like to
share with you some widsom and fears from the outside world and talk to you
about the way we should brend perl (including code examples, website captures, ...).
