Contributor Covenant is a Code of Conduct that you can add to your open source project. You can welcome new contributors to your project by including this one file.
Inspired by VM Brasseur's "Importance of an Ecosystem" keynote in Salt Lake City this year, I've built a Dist::Zilla plugin that lets you add Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct to your CPAN modules with just a couple lines.
